How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery is 2-3 business days from design approval. We also offer next-day delivery for urgent orders (limited slots available daily). Your delivery timeline will be confirmed during the order process.
What if I don't like the design preview?
We offer unlimited revisions before printing! Our designers will work with you until you're 100% satisfied with how the design looks. We only proceed to printing after you've approved the final design.
What sizes are available?
We offer sizes for all ages: 6 months to 14 years for children, and XS to 3XL for adults (for family matching sets). During the order process, we'll help you select the perfect size based on your child's age and measurements.
How do I care for my personalized T-shirt?
Our DTF prints are extremely durable, but for best results, we recommend washing inside-out in cold water and hanging to dry. Avoid harsh bleaches and high-heat drying to maintain vibrant colors for years.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. For your convenience, we also offer Cash on Delivery for orders within select areas. All online payments are processed through secure gateways.
What if the T-shirt doesn't fit properly?
If the T-shirt doesn't fit, we'll gladly exchange it for the correct size. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll guide you through the exchange process. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Can I order in bulk for a birthday party?
Absolutely! We offer special pricing for bulk orders of 5+ T-shirts, making them perfect for birthday parties, family reunions, or school events. Contact us via WhatsApp for custom bulk pricing and design options.
Do you ship internationally?
